We are
your place
to network

The Inter-Agency Seminar Group (IASG) is a forum for the exchange of ideas. We bring together members from government, academia, and industry to learn about current issues often related to public policy across a wide spectrum of topics. IASG was founded in 1973 by LTC John D. Johnston who was serving as a Federal Executive Research Fellow at the Brookings Institution. The group has been holding meetings at Brookings since that time under a special arrangement.
